To help save energy, airflow containment systems are specially designed to separate cold supply from hot equipment exhaust air, which improves the cooling capabilities of data centres tremendously.<\/p><p>The cold aisle containment system encloses the cold aisle with ceiling panels above the aisle and with the doors at either end of the aisle. By containing the cold aisle, the hot and cold air streams are fully separated.
