Your Duties will include:<\/div>
\u2022Planning , Liaising and updating job schedules with customers and our operation team<\/div>
\u2022Execute procurement (Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Quotations, etc)<\/div>
\u2022Assist in ordering , updating and following up on project materials ,supplies as well as deliveries<\/div>
\u2022Fielding telephone calls<\/div>
\u2022Handling of basic accounting task and updating of Human Resource Records (eg. Employee Leave Balance )<\/div>

. Coach Service team.<\/p>

. Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite.<\/p>

. Handle complaints and feedback from clients.<\/p>

. Inspect work done by crews.<\/p>

. Interact and build relationship with customers.<\/p>

.\u00a0 Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and method of statement.<\/p>

. Submit daily onsite report to operation manager.<\/p>

. Work with members of other teams as required.<\/p>

. Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.<\/p>

. Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.<\/p>

. Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials.<\/p>

. Assist the Operations Manager to maintain and plan roster.<\/p>

. Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.<\/p>

. Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager<\/p>

. Ensure standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings\/faults to the manager.<\/p><\/td>
