We are looking for driven individuals to join our Dynamic Data Clean Asia Team as an Office administrator, providing office support to our sales and operations team .

Your Duties will include:
•Planning , Liaising and updating job schedules with customers and our operation team
•Execute procurement (Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Quotations, etc)
•Assist in ordering , updating and following up on project materials ,supplies as well as deliveries
•Fielding telephone calls
•Handling of basic accounting task and updating of Human Resource Records (eg. Employee Leave Balance )
•Filing of company documents
•Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Qualification:
•Candidate preferred to possess at O Level ,’A’ Level or ITE Cert
•Preferably Singapore Citizen
•Thorough and pays attention to detail
•Able to work well with others
•Flexible and open to change
•Good verbal communication skills
•At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Organized and meticulous.
•Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS word, in particular).
•Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

. Check cleaning equipment condition. . Coach Service team. . Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite. . Handle complaints and feedback from clients. . Implement work plans. . Inspect work done by crews. . Interact and build relationship with customers. . Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and method of statement. . Submit daily onsite report to operation manager. . Work with members of other teams as required. . Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized. . Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables. . Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials. . Assist the Operations Manager to maintain and plan roster. . Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager. . Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager . Ensure standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the manager. | .Fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking .Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities .Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities .Computer literacy advantageous .Valid driver’s license . .Possessing BCSS certification will be a plus • Good communication skills .Good organizational skills .Able to supervise staff • Honest and reliable .Takes initiative and be proactive |
