The vertical baffles are meant for use in the hot aisle applications. Thanks to its quick and easy magnetic mounting features, it can be easily deployed as a containment solution, posing no problem whatsoever for the computer room. Vertical rack top baffles are meant to be installed on the top rear edge of the IT rack. The main function of these racks is to limit the
hot/cold air mixing. The hot exhaust air on the rear of the rack is efficiently separated from the cold air on front of the rack to prevent the recirculation of air over the tops of the racks completely.
